Upgrades
If you want more than just a standard board, we offer various upgrades that are available as add on's.
Carbon fibre reinforcing is a lightweight way of stiffening up and board and giving it extra pop. Its advantage is that it can be placed anywhere through the board to give a stiffer feel in a certain location or it can be spread right through the board to give the whole board a more snappy feel.
High Carbon or Graphite base is the hardest, fastest base available, its ability to hold wax and resist impact is second to none. We offer a die cut logo base for those who want a longer lasting faster board.
Australian plantation grown Paulownia wood cores are the ultimate in light weight, high strength cores. We manufacture these cores by order only and match them up with 2 American beech stringers running down the length of the core for extra insert retention and addition snap. Paulownia trees are grown in parts of WA, northern NSW and QLD, they are a fast growing renewable resource with a very high weight to strength ratio ideal for snowboard cores.

Building Your Board
Our custom manufacturing facility allows us to quickly build your board, you dont have to worry about looking over a ton of different boards, just let us know what you want and we build it for you.
We custom plane each woodcore to achive the desired flex, we can then add extra layers of glass and carbon to give your board the feel you want where you want it. Choose from standard camber, rocker and hybrid shapes on all boards.
All boards feature full woodcore construction. Our cores are vertically laminated using poplar and 2 beech wood stringers for extra pop and insert retention. By request we can also use Australian grown Paulonia wood with beech stringers, this wood is super lightweight and strong and is fantastic used in boards where a softer flex and lighter weight is required.

- Full sidewall construction (We use a mix of ABS and Durasurf materials depending on what colors are requested)
After construction each board is finished off with a hand hot wax and then a secondary belt wax to buff the base for a super fast finish. Every board purchased from us comes with a 1 year warranty and lifetime base grinding and waxing for the original owner of the board.
